Life Science Center’s Conference Center provides spaces for all types of meetings

The high-quality conference center at Life Science Center serves both tenant companies and local businesses. The center offers 15 differently sized conference rooms and an auditorium for rent. Comfort and functionality ensure the spaces are suitable for modern encounters. HP Finland states that the conference center was a key reason for choosing new premises specifically at LSC.

The new section of LSC features eight high-quality meeting rooms that make it easy to organize face-to-face meetings as well as hybrid meetings. The calm color palette of the spaces is designed to be as versatile as possible, catering to the changing needs of different users.

In keeping with the architecture of the new section, the new conference center has a natural color palette down to the details. In designing the spaces, an emphasis was also placed on functionality in addition to comfort. The interior materials complement the furnishing of the spaces.

Fast connections and modern furniture

Each conference room is equipped with digital connections, high-quality displays, whiteboards, and movable platforms. This allows the same space to be used for seated meetings, workshops, hybrid meetings, and active sessions.

Depending on the nature of the encounter, one can rent a traditional meeting room, a more relaxed team room, or a round conference room designed for group work. An ergonomically furnished standing-height meeting room is particularly suitable for shorter and quicker interactions.

High-quality auditorium for 150 people

The meeting rooms in the original part of the Life Science Center also meet today’s standards. All four meeting rooms and the auditorium have been completely renovated in terms of appearance and functionality.

The modern auditorium comfortably accommodates 150 people and is designed for larger customer or staff events.

The Madelaine provides high-quality catering

There are two high-end restaurants operating at Life Science Center, The Plate and The Bowl. Meeting and catering services are provided by The Madelaine, a joint venture between Share Company and Loisto Catering.

The before mentioned companies are especially known for their strong catering, event, and lunch offerings. Altogether, the owners of the companies have extensive experience and diverse skills in the restaurant industry.

As part of the revamped lunch restaurant world of the entire Life Science Center, new fresh options have also been introduced to meeting catering. The Madelaine is happy to serve various needs based on contact.

More substantial and lighter meeting catering options, as well as meeting treats, can be ordered for delivery directly to the meeting room. Or, one can conveniently pick up meeting catering from the fresh offerings of The Bowl lunch café.

HP Finland moves to Life Science Center

HP Finland chose its new premises from the Life Science Center. The decision was influenced by the good location along excellent transportation routes.

Keilaniemi is a familiar place for the company. The company particularly values the Keilaniemi business cluster as a growing and developing area. After the move, HP Finland will have completely new premises.

‘We will receive new modern facilities from the new section of the Life Science Center, and in addition, all necessary services under one roof,’ states Site Manager Tarja Castrén from HP Finland Oy.

The new conference center and its ancillary services greatly influenced HP Finland’s decision on premises. ‘We will regularly utilize the conference center’s facilities for both customer events and HP Finland’s staff events,’ sums up Tarja Castrén.
